Orders & Production
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every pair is made by hand when you place your order. Production takes 3–5 business days, after which your sandals are carefully packaged and shipped.
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days in total. Good things take time — we think yours are worth the wait.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your sandals have shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your pair every step of the way.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to make a change.
We will do our best to accommodate you.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
We recommend measuring your foot and referring to our size guide before ordering. If your measurement meets or exceeds the foot length shown, go up a size.
What if I am between sizes?
When in doubt, size up. A slightly roomier fit is always more comfortable than one that is too snug, and the leather will soften and shape to your foot over time regardless.
Materials & Craft
What leather do you use?
We use material selected for its quality and character. It is the highest grade available — it does not peel, it does not fade, and it only becomes more beautiful with age and wear.
Are your sandals really handmade?
Every pair. We cut, stitch, and finish each sandal by hand, one pair at a time.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Please provide a full street address at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
That should never happen, but if it does, we take full responsibility. Contact us with a photo and we will send a replacement.
Can I return my sandals?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. As a small independent brand we are unable to cover return shipping costs, but we will make the process as simple as possible for you.
